A team member is the concept when you can set up just a group of people who can post/comment on a blog. Anyone who is ~part~ of a blog is called a team member. When I want to turn commenting off without having to take away the comments I already have, I just make the setting "only team members can comment" even though I have no team members.

If people were granted BFP's based on karma and their future parenting abilities I believe that you would of been KU a long time ago with triplets!
