How about 2 steps forward 17 steps back?
It seems dairy might be off limits because Q's reflux is back after I ate ice cream on Sunday. Dairy takes so long to get out of your system too.
Or
It could be we need a different does/medication. I don't know.
I am frustrated and exhausted and so ready to give up... Where is the emergency brake on this hell ride?

I'm sorry you & Q are having such a rough time. I obviously have no advice- but you will get through it eventually...
This is a lot of what I faced with Brad. They GROW so fast, it is hard to keep their dose up. Have you called his doctor? Maybe have the on-call doc give you a suggestion and in the mean time only change ONE of the two variables, trust me. I'd think it be the meds first, then the dairy.
I remember that tired... that's why I only have one Bradley still, lol. Brian and I have spoken extensively about TTC #2, but every time I try, every time I put myself out there, I get really scared because I remember very vividly what you are going through and it is by FAR the hardest thing I have ever done in my life... raising a GERD baby.
My heart and hand are always here for you. That and I'm one short car trip away. You are not doing anything wrong, you are doing a wonderful job... I remember questioning myself and my parenting. Brian and I even fought because we were just both so worn thin and we are a very strong couple. I can tell you it does get better, but it is HELL to live through.
Oh Jesse, I'm so sorry!
Everyone always says that around 6 weeks things get so much easier. I'm hoping this is the case for you!!
